Christophe's pad is convenient for the shops, markets and sights of Aix, is in a pleasant neighbourhood, and has parking which is valuable because finding anywhere to park in the city is difficult, once you negotiate your way past La Fada, a sad neighbour who stands in front of your car and rambles on incomprehensibly. The pad is well provided with pots, pans etc and supplied with tea, coffee, herbs, spices etc, though it could do with a toaster, as well as a rubber mat for the inside of the bath because one can slip easily. It's a pad best for people who are fit - it's on the 3rd floor, and who get up, eat and go to bed at the same time because it is very sonorous with the slightest noise reverberating around the flat. For example I was forbidden to wear slippers by my wife because very step sounded on the laminated floor - there are no carpets or rugs - and every cut and scrape on the Ikea crockery grated.

There were ants in the room. Okay location for an airport hotel, but there’s nowhere to buy food in the area so have to order pizza from the neighbouring hotel. Staff were lovely, but they were the staff from the Kyriad next door (the reception at people was shut)

Everything was fine although the room was a bit precarious and the breakfast was brief. Overall good for the price. Perfect location next to the airport. The deal very good staff.

It was not stated in advance that a deposit of 100 euros was required, and the deposit has not been refunded yet. When checking out, I promised to return to the original account within 1 hour after checking out, but so far there has been no news. The hotel environment is average, the room has a strange smell, and the airport hotel is 5km away from the airport, which is very abstract.

Warm welcome on the other hand the bed cover had unspeakable white spots this is unacceptable the payment had been made online the person said that it had not been removed we paid in cash even though the online payment had been debited so fortunately the staff was responsive with the reimbursement.

Quiet hotel, clean room. Breakfast at the Campanile very good. A hotel adapted to my needs.

No one **** this shitty hotel service 0/10000 and not out of 10 Dirty room no cushions or duvets or towels No TV no socket nothing that works normally Bathroom in a state ...... Worse than filthy Front desk service 0 Never again in my life would I set foot in this shitty hotel, degraded walls, mold, etc.... It's a shame that a hotel in this condition is still open.

Hello, I stayed in the accommodation for a month. We had problems with the work because of a power and water cut.

A desaster ! and no room available to change!!! - Room and cabin lights broken - Air conditioning no fresh air, thermostat without cover, exposed electric wires !!! - Gaping holes all around the cabin and no cover on the cabin inspection hatch, gaping opening near the head of the bed. - Unable to close the window. 2cm of play, because 2 screws are missing on the latch. It was 36° outside and very busy road nearby. - The cabin door does not close. - To turn off the TV, you must unplug the plug. I sent you a claim for damages. I await your reply. Daniel Dadure
