We love this place! Staff is awesome and helpful! Special thanks to Mary/Beri (?), the lovely receptionist. The room is clean and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The best part of the hotel is it’s strategic place! Near the supermarket, the center of Valona and the beachside. Will come back here for sure

The location is perfect of the main traffic and some good restaurants . Very good hotel and very clean rooms . The room are beautiful big and quiet . The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The brekfast is very good and fresh. Everything was nice . I recommend.

Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, modern und sauber. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Oberdecke braucht allerdings einen Bezug Das Essen (F, A) entspricht bei einer Gruppenreise dem lokalem Standard. Vergleichsweise viel Auswahl gab es beim Frühstück an Kuchensorten. Das Brot war leider ortsüblich trocken und nicht sehr schmackhaft. Lauwarme Spiegeleier, wenig Wurst, zwei bis drei Sorten Käse, Tomaten und Gurken, Getreideprodukte - alles wie in ähnlichen Hotels auch Das Abendessen war schwächer als in anderen Hotels und das Frühstück. Das kleine Schweinekotelett von ca. 120 Gramm war totgebraten. Bei dem gemischten Salat und geschnittenen Obststücken kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Alles in allem wirkte das Essen lieblos Der Service war überfordert, trotzdem nur eine Gruppe mit rund 30 Leuten anwesend war. Die Getränke wurde einzeln erfasst und gebucht, sollten aber tischweise abgerechnet werden. Somit dauerte das Bezahlen unangenehm lange Positiv ist die Nachbarschaft mit kleinen Cafes und lokalen, kleinen Geschäften sowie einem großen Supermarkt direkt rechts neben dem Hotel Der Nachtportier sprach weder deutsch noch englisch; mit Übersetzungs-App funktionierte aber die Kommunikation bzgl. Weg in die Altstadt (Dauer und Route) Alles in allem ein akzeptables Hotel. Das Wohnen ist gut. Beim Essen gibt es Abstriche und Alternatven in der Nähe oder in der Altstadt
