"We travelled 3 adults and 2 kids and stayed for 6 nights. Hotel location is near the sea and has an incredible swimming pool on the fifth floor. Rooms are extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of mornings items to choose from. A big thank you to Bardha who served us daily and supplied fresh squeeze orange juice. She is lovely lady. Hotel manager Paloma is also very friendly and allowed late checked out for us. We will return!"

"A small boutique hotel full of contradictions. Rooms are spacious, clean and well serviced. However, why is there a kettle and refrigerator, but no cups or glasses; why do they say you cannot eat in your room in the rules? Some reviews moan about the showers drenching the bathroom but we were careful and had no problem. Not all rooms had safety boxes. Breakfast was below average and did not start until 8am. The location is good. The main shopping street is just around the corner and the beach promenade a 10 minute or 0.5km walk away. Supermarket and mini market is nearby."

"Went August 2025. (Room : Unit Name: : 228. We had no hot water, TV not working, plus there was a foul mold odor in the room. We were told it will all work within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we decided to leave nicely as we are over 65 yrs old and wanted to shower and rest. They refused to give us a refund of $80 Euros although the room was not utilized. STAY away from this junk as they do not have respect for their customers."

"A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. The beach is a short walk away and is a great space on the beach. It's set in a really nice area. Our room was spacious, clean, had a nice balcony. Breakfast was also really nice. Most importantly the staff were great. We had a nightmare on our arrival as our rental car's engine failed about 20 minutes from Vlore so we plodded there. I asked front desk if we could use the phone to call the rental company to avoid phone charges. Not only did she let us use the phone, she made the call for us and handled the entire situation and got us a car delivered the following day. It was such a relief/life saver and she didn't need to do it. So a huge thank you again from us!"

"One of the most wonderful, if not the best hotel in Albania, has set a new standard. Beautiful rooms but the view from them is 10/10 even in the hallways of the hotel. The most peaceful retreat, I would recommend it for everyone especially now in the summer you HAVE to try the pool with a seaview !!!!"

"We spent 3 nights at zoe hora in September, 2023. We decided to stay there as we were party of a wedding taking place at the hotel. The hotel is composed by multiple levels of small villas/rooms and is beautifully done. It feels very authentic and is very pleasant to wonder around the property. You can enjoy some amazing sunsets and a beautiful view of the sea. Is worthy to note that the closest beach is around 10 min drive and similar distance if you want to get dinner or so (if you decide to explore the village and not eat at the hotel’s restaurant). Unfortunately the hotel is poorly run and I am not sure the rooms are completely finished. We had quite a few issues during our stay and the person at the reception was completely useless and quite rude. Our room had a pool view and was on the first floor, when asked if we can be seen from the pool we were told « absolutely not » and the moment I went outside to check, you could absolutely see through the windows right into the room. We tried to change but decided to stay. The main door didn’t close (unless you locked it with the key - note we were given only one key). Very inconvenient!!! The bathroom door also didn’t close and made a horrible noise if you tried to open or close it. They sent somebody to check, we were told to just leave the bathroom door half open as anyways it’s only two of us!!! Not the answer I was expecting. Nothing to be done for the main door either! AC didn’t work! They sent somebody who pressed a button and said it’s fixed. It didn’t get fixed during the 3 days we were there. We went to get towels for the pool (at the reception, 2 flights down from the pool!!), we were told that there are none left, all are being washed. This was the answer for 2 days in a row! Our room wasn’t made the first day. Nobody said anything. On day 2 we pass by the reception as we were leaving the hotel and were asked if we could leave the key. There was only one key to the room so they needed it to be able to access the room. Sort of shocking but we left the key. We asked for an iron (remember, we were there for a wedding). For 30 minutes we were given 5 different answers and finally we were refused the iron. Somebody from the reception came to pick up the shirt and ironed it. Nice of them but we were late to the welcoming dinner!!! All of the above would have been forgotten if we would have received an apology or a proper response/reaction to our concerns. Instead we got ghosted and the reception didn’t even pick up if we called. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the area and fairly expensive for Albania so we definitely hoped for better service and treatment. When we were leaving we had to call and wait for the person at the reception to come down (we could have just left without paying literally). It was 7am but still, shouldn’t a reception work 24h? He was obviously hangover and did confirm that as he continued to be extremely rude. I was trying to negotiate a better ra"

"Not worth spending your money here the ultra all inclusive doesn't mean anything as there is hardly anything to eat all the drinks watered down and rude staff spoke to the management (Uran) who was very rude and didn't want to hear anything i had to say. "This hotel is a disgrace. We made a reservation for three people from July 21st to 23rd under the name CAPAROS. Upon arrival, we paid €113 in cash. Once we got to our room, the outside window wouldn't lock, the bathroom light didn't work, and the two rooms to the right and left of ours were under construction with their windows wide open, banging and rattling, making a deafening noise that prevented us from spending the night there. The window in the common stairwell also wouldn't lock and banged constantly. We went down to reception 30 minutes after arriving, determined to leave this hotel, and they refused to refund us for the two nights, even though their hotel is dangerous and unsafe. They are thieves! Do not book this hotel!"
