Guests coming here will have free use of the rooftop swimming pool on the 36th floor (closed every Tuesday for maintenance) and the children's water park on the 5th floor (closed every Wednesday for maintenance)

There's no free parking, and the entire building is mostly rental apartments. During peak hours, it can take 15-20 minutes to get an elevator. The location is very close to the beach, so this isn't a good choice for those used to staying in hotels.
