This is my second stay.
I decided to come back because my family really liked this hotel during my previous visit.
What I love most is that the bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel is included in the accommodation fee.
It’s very convenient not having to book the bus separately.
The hotel is clean, and the staff are very kind.
I was especially happy that they upgraded our room this time.
The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower had improved compared to last time, which made the stay even better.
The pool was beautiful as well, and we were very satisfied.
My child especially loves the pool at Vias Hotel.
We’d love to come back again.

Service was top notch. No gripes about that. Ocean view rooms had a good view. Buffet breakfast was decent.
Only down side is that the place can get quite crowded. Pool deck is not big enough. Lobby can also run out of seats during peak periods. And the lift can take forever, and when it arrives, it is full.
Other than that, a good stay for the price point. The comp transfer from Ho Chi Minh City was also a huge plus.

Hotel is modern and nice. Breakfast is good and vaired. Gym is the best I have seen in any hotel. Staff is very friendly too. The construction outside is known thanks to other reviews, not the hotel... g minus is when we checked out they had to "check our rooms". Turns out we had to pay a laughable 70k for a towel that had babyfood on it. Held up three families for 70k... That is not five star behavior.

VIAS Hotel at Vung tau was absolutely gorgeous! Service beyond excellent! The service staff were so so friendly, from room service to breakfast table to front desk! Everyone was so pleasant looking. Miss Wendy and Lucy were so helpful! This is the hotel to go to if you wish to go to Vung tau, you need to experience it yourself. The pool at the top was beautiful! It’s not big, but good size to chill and look at the world goes by. I would love to stay longer at the hotel the next round. Thank you VIAS, you are nothing but amazing!
