Puffins Cottage is a traditional property situated in the popular village of Rock with parking for 3 cars (or a car and a boat) and only about 400 yards from the sandy beach.Downstairs there is a cottage style kitchen which overlooks the garden, with exposed beams incorporating a range of modern fitted units as well as an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling and feature fireplace. One of the sofas in the lounge converts to a double sized sofa bed.Upstairs there are 2 x bedrooms: A double bedroom (with en-suite shower room with basin and W.C.) and a Twin Bedroom.
