Great for kids and families. Heaps of on site activities and very safe. Lonsdale cabin came with everything you need for a get way and bonus points the bunk beds are popular with the kids

Outdoor playground is too small and needs an upgrade. Indoor playground was average. Pool heating was not working, has been like this for a month and should have been fixed within a week. Disappointing. Service was good. Villa was nice and clean.

The cabins are very comfortable and very clean. The amenities are great for families and also for couples. The staff are so helpful and friendly I would recommend this holiday facility to everyone.

Our 3 bedroom cabin villa was very clean and had ample space. The play facilities were great for our 4 and 2yr old, and it was a bonus they had some small balance bikes. Our kids loved the indoor play ground and the jumping pillow the most. The beach is close by to walk to, however the tide is often too high at this spot so driving just 2 mins down the road was a nicer spot. Staff were very kind and helpful. The disappointing aspects of the trip were that the indoor pool heater was not operating and we booked this park in particular in April due to having an indoor heated pool, it rained every day so not having this option did affect our stay with the kids disappointingly. We had a noisy family near us, who ran up and down their hallway most of the night - sound proofing isn’t great but it is a holiday so I guess you expect there to be fun and noise, just not ideal after bedtime with 2 toddlers. The rain hindered activities for us in April - the jumping pillow doesn’t operate when wet (for safety - of course is fine) but the pool was also out of action at only 19 degrees. Otherwise, we were very happy and the kids still had a lovely time.

A great place to stay! My daughter loved the play centre, jumping pillow and even the pool despite the heating being out of order. We were warned of it at our check in which was great. The tent site we were given was on fake grass which meant is was clean and flat however getting the pegs in was a nightmare. They only went in about 5cm before hitting brick or concrete? There was an option to have staff come around and drill in some heavy duty pegs to get all the way down but I made do getting things at a okay angle to hold the tent and gazebo down.
