Great location for our needs. Very clean and comfortable.

It is very close to Flagstaff Hill Ocean Village. Warrnambool is a very beautiful city. The hotel is large, parking is free, the service staff is very enthusiastic, and the room is very clean and tidy. The overall impression is good

The location of the hotel is convenient. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the restaurant. This is one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. I chose a room for four people. There is a dining table and two beds downstairs, and a double bed upstairs. But because there is no room separation, it is a bit inconvenient. In addition, the room is on the 3rd floor, so I have to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor, which is a bit difficult because of the luggage. Because the hotel seems to have just been renovated, there is a bit of paint smell in the room, but overall I am very satisfied

Very satisfied. I live in a separate villa. You can play golf on the lawn opposite. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. The kitchen utensils are complete in the house. I saw that the residents next door are also Chinese. They are eating hot pot together on the balcony. The food is beautiful and it is really great. Enjoyed it so much

The family room with 2 bedrooms and one living room is fully equipped, the room is heated, and all the equipment needed by the family is available. The only problem I feel is that there are a lot of flying insects at the door (they look like oversized mosquitoes). Our family of four are all satisfied. The location is also very convenient.

An average hotel near the Melbourne airport. Extremely busy place - some rooms face a weird type of trailer park. Rooms are getting a bit dated.

The entrance to the apartment from the parking area was multi level and needed more upkeep, especially for more senior, single occupants. The rooms were well kept and the space excellent. Bed and pillows exceptional.

We liked the high standard of staff interaction, polite, friendly and helpful. Beth in reception had all of these qualities.

We did not like our treatment in the Clovelly restaurant. Service was poor and we were treated very badly. Would reccomend the Motel but not the Restaurant. Reception staff were fabulous.

Room was comfortable, restaurant service & food was fantastic - would definitely eat there again even if wasn’t staying at the motel, highly recommend.

Room was comfortable and very quiet even though the property is on a corner. Easy walking distance to shops and cafes. Restaurant on site is good value and our food was delicious.

A slight hiccup with rooms when we first arrived but handled quickly and without fuss. Very friendly. Would definitely return.
