Although the elevator was not working they were very accommodating and gave me an upgrade to my room. Very nice room and very comfortable.

When we first arrived at this hotel we were very impressed but as our stay went on, we were less impressed. Our room was very spacious which included a kitchen, and it was very handy. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep each night! The location was perfect, very central. But the bath didn’t work, one of the taps were broken, there seemed to be no ventilation in the bathroom which left a odd smell. There was an unusual smell off the water as-well. The lift was broken for our last 2 days and we had to carry our suitcases down 5 flights of stairs, none of staff offered to help nor did we get an apology! All this faults might have been just the time we arrived and got unlucky.
