The room was cozy and stylish, with a unique, artistic vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Providence.

Really cool industrial building with concrete walls. Great storage space, because even for just one night, it’s nice to unpack. Roomy bathroom. Very friendly desk staff.

Loved the industrial chic vibe of the hotel common space and rooms. The restaurant and outdoor patio with comfy furniture and stringed lights was a plus. Mall, restaurants and pub in walking distance made for easy access to a variety of activities.

The ambiance, setting and beautiful interiors of the hotel. Menu was exceptional particularly the breakfast menu. Overall service was excellent. We'll make a point of staying at The Loom again.

second time staying at this property and really enjoyed it. The front desk agents are always friendly and the rooms are quiet, I can get work done and relax without disruption

HVAC unit in the rooms was very noisy. No matter what I did using the outdated remote seemed to work. Had to call front desk at 11pm to have someone take a look at it. Walls and ceiling are bare concrete. I know it was an old mill back in the day but didn;t really like the aestetics in the room.

Parking needs improvement. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms.
