"This is the worst hotel situation I’ve ever experienced. We booked two rooms for two nights and left in the middle of the first night. In one room, it was 87 degrees because the air conditioning didn’t work and we found bugs in the mattress. In the other, water poured out of the bathroom ceiling while the shower in the room above us was running. Both rooms wreaked of cigarettes even though both were listed as non-smoking and the area outside smelled of ****. I showed photos and videos of the bugs and shower leak to the young woman at the front desk and she apologized profusely and acted shocked, but if you read the reviews below - not counting the ones that must have been planted - you’ll see that our experience was not unique. You’re required to give at least one star for a review but it really deserves negative marks. We asked for our money back and were promised a conversation with the manager but he has remained unreachable for days afterward. I’m not surprised."
