Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Washington D.C.

It was an overall worthwhile and satisfactory experience. There was one incident though where I requested for a cab service to DCA on the night before I checked out. There was no reservation made. It’s quite disappointing but it nevertheless worked out for me since I had other means. But had I not, I would have thrown a fit! At the very least they should have reconfirmed with me at the time I checked out if I still needed the cab service. Apart from this, all else was great- the food choices for breakfast, even the coffee and tea options. Location was also great since it was quite near the White House and CVS. The room was also about right size for a single occupant, clean and with adequate amenities.

Terrible hotel , sleepless nights !!! all hotel rooms equipped with very laud noisy heating system without switch off function. I complained first room and staff was very polite and offered different room and ear plugs, unfortunately didn't work. I was slipping 2 nights there with ear plugs but still hearing the noise from heater. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect normal sleep.

The room is OK. The hotel only provides one free bottle of water. You can get hot water/cold water/coffee for free in the restaurant on the first floor. The surrounding environment is very good, with wide roads, neat office buildings, and very clean roads with few people. The noise is a bit loud at night. I don’t know if it’s the fire trucks or ambulances coming and going. It was very noisy for a few days. In addition, it is a bit far to walk to the museum, the White House and other places to visit. The subway station is also a bit far. There is a bus downstairs, but you have to buy a transportation card first. It is convenient to take the bus.

Lovely stay. The hotel is nice with great services. The staffs are very friendly. Would come and stay again. Also convenient shuttle services provided by the hotel.
