Amazing
GGuest UserWe booked Holiday Inns in almost every location on this trip, and this one was one of the better ones. It's conveniently located, has a small swimming pool, and is within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. There's a microwave in the room, and breakfast is self-service, but juices are à la carte. Even with breakfast coupons, there might be a service charge. We didn't order any. There's free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day.
GGuest UserI booked a superior queen room, but they gave me very small one. The room is so tiny that I won't be able to open my luggage if i had one. Fortunately we only had carry on luggage. The window is very tiny cutting corner of the room making it a narrow gap between the bed and the window. The corner of the bed hurt my leg a few times when I passed in and out . There are full of dirty marks on the small table. To my surprise, when checking in, the receptionist told me I have to pay US$32 extra for the facilities. I didn't understand what she meant. Then she gave me a card to read. And said it's on their website. This is a rip off. I never knew I would have to pay extra US$32. . Such a thing had never happened to me before.

GGuest UserI booked a king-sized room through Ctrip, and the reservation explicitly stated a 1.81-meter king bed. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a bed less than 1.5 meters. After staying one night, we requested a room change, but the hotel insisted that this *was* their 'king-sized room'. Following Ctrip's intervention, we were required to pay an additional fee to upgrade our room, which Ctrip later refunded. When Ctrip contacted the hotel, the hotel's response was, 'We made no mistake! This is precisely the room type that was booked.' At this point, I'm unsure whether the hotel is being dishonest or if Ctrip is involved in deceptive practices. Regardless, I will never stay at this hotel again. A 'king-sized' room with a bed less than 1.5 meters is absolutely unheard of in North America! Furthermore, it remains to be seen whether Ctrip was genuinely misled or if they are themselves deceiving customers.

GGuest UserOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.
CChristianI arrived a bit earlier, but my room was not ready. Okay, I can understand that.
Going to the bell desk they tell me I need to pay when I get my luggage. Once I got my luggage, no one asked me to pay.
I had a breakfast included but was leaving too early: of course, they do not provide lunch boxes, although they do sell them.
The service is rather bad for a 300$ room.
LLisawang003The room is very new, the design is very modern and good. The only downside is that breakfast is not worth booking and there is almost no choice. But a restaurant next door is great. It is also very convenient to go out to eat.
GGuest UserStayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.
EEricLovely stay. The hotel is nice with great services. The staffs are very friendly. Would come and stay again. Also convenient shuttle services provided by the hotel.
GGuest User

GGuest UserDisappointed in first room which had odd layout and faces alley so I requested better room and they quickly accommodated but would’ve preferred they gave me better room to begin with since I think most people don’t like odd layout with view facing alley. Otherwise, room/bathroom was clean, tv had good selection of channels, and location was perfect where we were just minutes walk from White House and national mall and many good restaurants. Note that I used SpotHero app and found cheaper parking than what hotel offered. Not all garages allow unlimited in and out so make sure to check for this before booking.
