This hotel was super unique! It is the old John Deere factory turned into a Marriott. Each floor and room has super high ceilings and a ton of space. The lobby has nice alcoves with seating and tvs so multiple groups can do their own thing. The gym was spacious and nice equipment. The barbecue restaurant is delicious! The best part was Karen at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful while my family was having issues with the car, and was able to accommodate us quickly for another night. She really made our day! I’d definitely stay again.

Only shear blind on window. Called the front desk and they did not offer to remedy the issue or seem to care.

room temperature was terrible and the corner suite was freezing cold. We were not allowed to adjust the temperature in our room. Pictures of the suite on Travelocity is not accurate. It showed room with king bed and room with 2 doubles; they only have suites with 1 king bed in each bedroom.

Our TV did not work upon check in and despite our requests to have it looked at no one even came into the room during the day while we were out. Nice hotel but customer service was definitely lacking.

Excellent spot and comfortable. Addition of BBQ restaurant in building is a plus. Hailie at the front desk was awesome and helped me get somethings printed out for an important meeting. I'll be back.,

Once again, no free breakfast as ********** promises. I have pointed this out to the hotel and ********** and no one seems to care about the false advertising.
Also, this is the 4th time at this hotel that the shower was hot but zero hot water comes from the sink so I AGAIN had to fill a wastebasket in the shower with hot water and dump it into the sink so that I could shave. Seriously!?!
