Room was very noisy, heater ran constantly, fan in bathroom also ran continuously. They also have outlets that flash red lights in the dark, good for finding them in the dark but very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was excellent! Having hot tub available was great too.

Property and room were in good clean condition. My complaint was regarding the pool. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. We had to visit family new years day and that night was my step-son’s last day of Christmas break so we planned to play in the pool all night and the next morning. HOWEVER, we got up the next morning and was informed the pool was closed for cleaning all morning. So we were not able to spend the morning doing what we paid and planned to do. I was so annoyed we checked out immediately.
I understand the need to clean the pool and its area but this is something that should have been done after normal checkout hours when it’s less likely to affect paying guests. Not having got what I paid for in this stay, I will never stay at this location again.

Liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Did not like the lighting system in the room. Dislikes the way the bathroom door sliding closed and possibly catching my fingers and did not provide complete privacy.

Although for the most part the room and hotel were great, which is good because it is a pretty new property, however the bathroom door would close all the way and was very hard to open once closed. The other issue was after taking some of my bags down to my car I came back to find house keeping assumed I checked out, so I figured I'd go get something to eat and let them finish, unfortunately they took pretty much the rest of the time I had left so I was somewhat disappointed that I was essentially checked out at 10am.

Room 221 usb outlet does not work in all three outlets, room clean , employees friendly, no written instructions in room on services, not everyone wants to scan a code to find out information

the front desk help at check in was so warm and inviting, it made me forget how mad I was at my car rental navigation system. I rested very comfortably, however the T.V programming selection did not really have much to offer. Fortunately I was busy working and too tired to watch a lot of TV.

Was given a room that was not cleaned yet looked like someone was still using it but the staff made it right and found me another room, all was good. Would definitely recommend this place and if I’m ever back in the area I will be stay here
