Sterling Wayanad

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Wayanad. This wasn't our first time here but we came after 4 years thinking it may have lost its charm. But we were wrong. The resort is well maintained and the staff makes the guests feel special. The rooms were clean and inviting. The staff is courteous and considerate. We had called in for a special consideration, and they rose up to the request and accommodated us. As you walk around the resort you can see the amount of thought that has gone into making this a haven for guests. The zipline, the corner snack store, the landscaping, the restaurant, the herb garden, the pond, swimming pool, every amenity has been maintained and designed to comfort the guests. The staff even organises evening entertainment and nature walks. It is these little things that really make the resort shine. The best sterling resort in my opinion and the staff makes all the difference, ***n, Dawa, Aryan and Asray headed by Deek****h, thank you for going out of your way to make our stay special. Our weekend was well spent and we drive home with good memories.

Fantastic location, superb forest area, big property, clean and good service.. Particular Restaurant food fantastic.. Cheff Sanjo jose nice person, good hospitality person, very kind.. Totally I enjoyed the entire property.. Swimming pool area superb

Amazing place to visit. Mr. Dileep has hosted games and events in the evening time, which we enjoyed a lot. Mr. Prathesh who was in charge of F&B was also very co-operative and supportive. It's a 5 on 5. Would highly recommend to visit this place

All boxes ticked perfectly. Very cosy setting, tucked in the green jungles, very pleasing to the eyes cottages. Plenty of activities to keep the family engaged. HR aspects given priority. Anisha at Reception sets the good vibe for the stay with her efficiency. The Chef, Gopakumar, with his spread of delicacies will force to visit them again. Keep it up.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive spl thanks to ***n ( FO) Dileep (Discovery activity area) & Su***(F&B). We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.”The breakfast & Dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely place, neat and clean cottage , clean bathroom, clean restaurant with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buffet is little expensive. Ala carta is also available. Neat and well maintained swimming pool, adjacent area is forest and climate was good

It's a Beautiful resort with spacious rooms...The staff was very cooperative and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable...The buffet was delicious and had a variety of options.There was entertainment organized by the hotel in the evening .. It is very difficult were should I start from, as after the amazing stay we actually wanted to extend our stay which we couldn't bcoz of the peak season full booking. So it was trip with my sister,mom and grandma, trust me it was the best experience we had. I was very happy with the services start it from reception area, house keeping ,activity area , resturant. Reception - Mr. Avinash was helping us with check in process, he and all the other staff from the reception made us feel welcomed. Even the check out process went well. Food - we got lot of options for vegetarian food which was tasty too..Special thanks to Mr. Pratik, chef Sanjay, Pratap and Boni for looking after while we enjoy our meal. Housekeeping - The service was slow then expected but no complaints. Activity - Without any doubt Mr. Dileep, Mr. Vishnu and one more young person (sorry don't remember the name) made our evening full of life.. we danced like crazy and played fun interactive games. Special note- Thanks to Mr. Dileep, he made my grandmother enjoy to the fullest. We had a pottery session too, the pottery guy(dont remember the name) made us teach pot in easy and fun way. The design for pot was chosen by us. A special thanks to Mr.Dawa and Mr. Iqbal for providing us with the buggy service ,which made it easy for my mom n grandmother to enjoy each part of the resort. At the check out time on request they also took us in the buggy for the entire property round. The property was clean and surrounded by greenary, the rooms were well maintained and hygiene. No complaints just compliments to each and every person working there.... A BIG THANK'S TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON AT THE RESORT FOR ALWAYS HAVING A WECOMING SMILE AND MAKING OUR STAY UNFORGETTABLE...

This was the best trip i have ever had as my mom and my daughter's were with me. The hospitality was really amazing and we had a really memorable trip with each member treating us with smiles and making sure my mother who is 82 years old was absolutely comfortable. All the ppl were amazing but a few names i can remember are miss Juneli from housekeeping was so sweet and she made sure we were comfortable.Mr.dileep and Mr. Vishnu were superb at entertainment. Mr prateek and Mr.sanjoy made sure we were well taken care of during our meals and even the vegetarian options were really great. Even the servers mr pratap and Mr Boni were always available with a smile. All in all this was the best trip i have had and would love to revisit again.
