Mountain Shadows is a beautiful place to stay in midst of Banasura Mountain and Lake . The staff were so courteous they make guest feel at home, Special thanks to Sonia who made our days so special. The rooms are sorry clean and specious with private pool. The spa was good too . The food part required improvement still Overall great place to relax.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Ms Sonia and staff ever, good buggy service - lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I strongly recommend my friends Mountain shadows.

Resort was very well maintained and clean which was our primary concern. The approach road is little exhausting as you have to travel around 4 km off-road. Food was tasty and they had wide variety of veg selection. Service was very prompt and eager.

To Sonia and Sai .. thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was a lovely experience and we would definitely come back and refer our known ones. Great scenic beauty with cozy and comfortable rooms. Food was the USP and the friendly hospitality.

We r overall very happy with all staff but Ashwadi from restaurant, Albin the bagii driver and Sonya at reception…. We also love the location and the way it designed…beautiful property… we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends

Chamba attended ver politely. Prabha was excellent host and Soniya was very helpful im billing. Food can be better. Otherwise excellent relaxing place. Rooms are very nice. Views frim rooms are splendid. Perfect for staycation. Food can be better though.

This is definitely a very thoughtfully constructed property with silent surroundings. I would like to thank the entire team of staffs right from Chef Madhu till the front office staff Ms Sonia and others who helped us with a seamless stay..
