沙發很臟，可以看到明顯的污漬，
衹有一樓有空調，二樓温度根本降不下來，
電視機非常小，廁所有一股刺鼻的味道，時不時還有小蟲子，
一次性拖鞋質量不行，有一點水就很滑，
我們兩個男生睡一個大床蓋一個被子，完全不夠蓋，必須要貼到一起才行，女生的話還可以
房間很好找，離威海站不遠，走着就能到
房東也是比較熱情的，衹是希望可以把衞生再打掃一下

房間位置很方便找，出入也很方面，邊上就是韓樂坊。2個房間+榻榻米，夠住。
但是，缺點是
1.進入房間有股味，並沒有開窗通風
2.衞生間很小，也不乾淨，幾次看到小蟲子在爬
3.熱水器還要自己插，燒熱水，然後洗了還要拔掉，説是為了安全
4.房間插頭不夠，2個房間根本沒有插頭，餐廳廚房各一個插頭，榻榻米邊上有插頭，其他地方沒有了，好幾個人住，水機充電寶都要充，根本不夠用
4.衹有一個空調，客廳的空調打不冷樓上的房間，這個季節，晚上睡樓上有點悶

400多的價格 這個配置確實性價比很高 比另一晚在同一棟樓住的其他房間好很多（旺季撿漏，有哪住哪） 所以説 在外旅遊 住宿真是個考驗運氣的事 一樓和二樓側面都有個單獨的卧室，所以客廳完全是休閑區 二樓休閑區放了一張床 沒有鋪床單 但絕對是備用首選 衞生不如正規賓館（畢竟沒有完備的衞生管理制度 ）但相對於民宿來説 算挺好了 準備推薦給下週計劃來玩的朋友，衹不過連住要求有點尷尬，畢竟韓樂坊除了小吃多點 離哪個景點都很遠 而且韓樂坊的小吃真的是現在每個城市普遍都會有的那種

房東超級棒，位置一級棒，樓下就是韓樂坊，房子就在路邊也很好找，樓下很多車位，2塊一小時，對面有小超市，房子還給備了一次性浴巾，新的拖鞋，一次性馬桶墊，免費的！有兩個帶門的卧室和一個二樓榻榻米，三個床

真的很超值，樓下就是韓樂坊，離高鐵站也近。房子很乾凈，老闆熱情還幫忙提東西。細節很好，配備有一次性馬桶墊，一次性浴巾。兩張床還有一個榻榻米，可以住一大家子人。推薦！
