房間性價比太高啦，地理位置也很好，就在温州高端小區住宅區，進出環境都非常好。白天還有江景，大落地窗照的房間很敞亮。衞生也不錯，床睡的舒服。客服也很客氣，態度很好。總之去温州旅遊非常推薦哈！

房子沒什麼問題
但是這所酒店店裡人員很大的問題
面對顧客就是一味指責嗎？
發現問題不應該是詢問嗎？還好本人自己在居住期間拍過照片 可以證明自己並不是自己所為
幾個月的嬰兒 難道還會畫顏料筆 彩色筆上去嗎？幾個月的嬰兒都不會走路，難道不能穿鞋嗎？
不推薦入住 體驗感很差
態度實在太差 太氣人！
我們在這連續入住4晚 ！換來結果是這樣

兩點打掃好入住的環境滿好的可以看江，房間裏有蚊子，蚊香都沒有，到處打蚊子，晚上到凌晨5點多才睡着，洗澡龍頭壞的，洗完頭髮，吹風機太迷你，風力太小了，吹過的人就知道了.停車也要收費，給五星好評説可以免費，但我的體驗感太差了啊，我自己付。

民宿在一個環境非常好的高檔小區裏，比較安全
2個房間在樓上，一樓是客廳 廚房和衞生間
如果衞生間的淋浴有隔水設施做到乾濕分離就更好，不然洗完澡弄的地上都是水
如果半夜有起夜上廁所的習慣，會有點不友好
樓梯稍微有點陡，一踩上去就嘎吱嘎吱響

好的地方是風景不錯 空間大 可以帶寵物 不好的地方是房間有不明盒子 之前客户用的沒收拾掉 停車一次十元過夜三十 熱水不夠一人用

傢俱設施有點應付，大床軟硬還合適，可小床床硬，就是木板床，關鍵還變形了，熱水器容量實在太小，水流也小，如果一個人不快速洗，是有點難應付的😂，周邊吃的沒有太多，大部分都外賣。是在一個小區內，環境還是可以，離歐江近。
