When I walked in and turned on the light, there were three little cuties. The hygiene was so bad. The sewer pipe was leaking and there was a smell, especially on the bed. It was getting worse and worse.

If you don't believe it, you can stay there for one night and experience it. . . First of all, let’s talk about the cleanliness (see picture 1). It’s really so bad that it explodes. As soon as I entered the room, cockroaches crawled out from the bedside and tried to leave. I pulled out the room card and a huge cockroach fell from above (see picture 2). Secondly Let’s talk about the facilities (see pictures 3 and 4). How can others sleep with facilities like yours? There is a whole wall full of dirty things that have not been cleaned and have become moldy. There is dirt everywhere. This environment is really bad. I have stayed in so many hotels and none of them is worse than yours. Can you clean up the environment? Do it well😑I have nothing to say about the environment (see picture 5) Especially this toilet, are you sure you have cleaned it? Have you taken care of it seriously? The toilet is still so dirty on the edge of the squat. The toilet is so small and you don’t have any slippers. Asking guests to take a shower and get out of bed without slippers is really disgusting! ! Moreover, the room is so small that the soundproofing is so bad that when you sleep at night, you can hear the sound of the neighbor snoring. At four or five o'clock in the morning, there are people outside using keys and knocking on the door. It is so noisy that you can't sleep at ease. The soundproofing is so bad. When I booked the room, I also made it clear that I had the right to delay check-out until two o'clock. Why did you tell me that you rejected me when it was time to check out? Is this the service attitude of your business? Don’t you have a mouth? Why didn't you go back earlier and tell me what time you would check out? Let me tell you that Ctrip has a two-point late check-out privilege. I wrote clearly that I can redeem points and delay the check-out until it is time to check out.
