Our stay at the Cloran Manion was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. We stayed there for two day for our anniversary and we enjoyed it very much. Will come back again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable four-night stay. Paul was a gracious and accommodating host, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We highly recommend.

We went to Cloran Mansion to celebrate my husband's 76th birthday. The mansion was fabulous. It is beautifully decorated with antiques and other interesting decor. You really can see the stars from Anna's room jacuzzi. There also is a fireplace and a hanging lamp that opens like a flower. So cool.The owner, Paul, was our host who met us at the front door. He told us about the restaurants. We loved Fried Green Tomatoes. Great food. After dinner, he showed us all the amenities - coffee, tea, water, sodas and more than a 100 CDs. We wish we could have stayed longer than a night. Love the Cloran in Galena!

Extremely comfortable room, lovely comfy sheets and bath toiletries. Small handy fridge in room and beautiful fireplace. Loved the quiet but efficient ceiling fan. Really appreciate mirrors in bedroom to apply make up, when husband is showering. Paul is very helpful and friendly. Check in is a breeze. FABULOUS breakfast!! We are coming back to this B&B, as the restaurants & shopping are top notch in Galena!

The house was very nice and the service, food and cleanliness top notch. The location was farther from downtown Galena than I had hoped, however, and also (through no fault of the owner) the construction across the street and the cornfields in back did not make for a very picturesque location.

As always Paul was awesome. The mansion is beautiful and the food is amazing. The cottage is nice and cozy and quiet. Definitely recommend here for a stay.

We’ve been to Galina 3 times and stayed in B&B’s. The Cloran Mansion was by far the most enjoyable. The breakfast and presentation was beautiful. Paul was certainly a top notch host

This was the perfect place for a stress relieving stay. Property and staff were first-rate and our stay could not have gone any better. Convenient to downtown attractions, shopping and many restaurants.
