Casa Calma Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit wet and smelly and the WiFi did not reach the room. But okay for the price!

Basically the whole experience was a plus. Some downsides of this hotel is, it seems that there is no door insulation which make the door bang loudly every time the hotel guest entering-exiting the room. Even people talk loudly on fifth floor can be heard on third floor. The hotel really need quality sound-proofing material urgently. The noise of people closing the door, chair scraping the floor is just a nightmare at night. The hot water system was inadequate for 2 people. If you have first person showering, the second needs to wait at least 10 minutes to get the benefit of the hot water. Other than that, everything was really good and comfortable.l would like to say thank you and would name the person that really look after while we stayed there. Rizky, Rian, and pak Komar the security guy. Will I be back? Yes. With higher expectation. Thank you Casa Calma!

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The staffs are friendly, especially the security who always greet and helps me when i ask for directions or stuff. The lobby smells sooo good. The room smells nice, linens are clean, the water heater also works perfectly fine. Definitely will rebook this hotel whenever i come back to Indonesia.

Room is clean, amenities are good. The only problem was there was beeping sound the whole time, which is quite annoying. For the food was ok, however we ordered spaghetti bolognese which came with half cooked fettuccine and overly salty sauce.

The hotel location is good the the West side of Jakarta but the hotel itself in terms of cleanliness can be improved.

They don't include a toothbrush and shampoo but overall it's amazing, the cleanliness is chef kiss

Stay for a few days, the room was big, clean, has nice amenities. Breakfast are menu are standard, but has nice view. The staff are friendly and helpful during the stay. It also close to the mall. And lot of street food options if you looking for one.
