The service apartment is very spacious, new and clean. My apartment is about 500 sq ft, with an open kitchen with sufficient utensils, a big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a spacious living room and working area. Wifi is stable. My apartment is located on the 15/F, and there is a nice view of the city. The building is located within the free tram zone, so it is very convenient to travel within the city central. Highly recommended for visitors.

The location of the apartment hotel is great. It's close to Flagstaff Gardens. Downstairs is Flagstaff Railway Station and several tram stops. About 1 km further is Coles. The hotel environment is also very good and all facilities are complete.

The overall feeling of staying here is very good! The room is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's only a 5-10mins walk from southern Cross Station, and it's very convenient to take the airport Skybus. Great stay. Welcomed with upgrade. First night everthing was fine. Second night very noisy due to building expansion.

Nice well located property with good pool and gym facilities.
Only downside is that our room faced west and the a/c is not located in the bedroom so it was not comfortable temperature wise.
