Check in was slow. Everything you have to pay for that you would otherwise receive for free such as toothpaste/toothbrush. What I hate the most is having a musty smoky scent lingering as I enter the room each time. My partner and I were convinced we got bit by bed bugs. We noticed the day we left bite like marks on the knee area and upper thigh that started to swell up by the night time.

I got locked out of my room and the hostess had difficulty getting me back in.The quality of the place in general has declined since my last stay there.

Clean, basic. Very surprised in 2024 that it is not fully ADA ready. Lighting is horrible. It can’t be helped, but when the train goes by, it is right behind the hotel and rattles the windows loudly and the whistles are extreme.

Weight lifting are too heavy, no small 2-3 Ibs available. No laundry basket and microwave cover for heating food. Otherwise everything is very good.

If you want to stay at a property, where you are welcomed on check in and all other dealings with the front desk, DO NOT stay here. Front desk staff were the worst I have ever encountered, I have travelled a LOT.

The place feels like a Motel disguised as a hotel. Everything is OK, but it feels boarderline low class. Furniture in the suite, wall shelves, bathroom fixtures, all feel like you are staying in some creepy house.... Not a modern hotel.
I would not pick this place again.

Decent place. Not bad. Not great. Seemed weird that the rest rooms in the lobby area were locked.
