I stayed in the UK for 15 days and stayed in this hotel for two nights for 928 pounds. It was the worst hotel experience of the whole trip. It was really not worth it. Except for the geographical location, there was nothing satisfactory. It was too bad. I would like to give some reference to friends who will stay later and try to avoid it. The main points are as follows: 1. The smell of the new decoration is very strong and pungent. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the pungent decoration smell. It was even worse in the room. I sprayed the disinfectant essential oil I brought with me at night, otherwise it would be difficult to accept (the strong decoration smell was the most unacceptable, but fortunately I stayed in the hotel for a short time) 2. Room facilities: The average price of about 4,600 yuan per night was charged, and the room was pitifully small, even smaller than the hotel I stayed in in central London. At the same time, the facilities in the room were also very poor. First of all, the washbasin was very shallow, and the water splashed all over my body when I brushed my teeth. Then the utensils used were also very poor. The cup for brushing teeth was a plastic cup, and the coffee cup was also a glass cup, and then there were no other cups! The bar is not outside but hidden in the cabinet. Every time you take water or cups from the bar to boil water, you need to open the cabinet and open the door. 3. About the bed: Very bad! The bed is only 1.5 meters, and one side of the mattress feels collapsed and tilted. It feels like it will fall off if it is slightly closer to the side. The quality of the mattress feels very poor. 4. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. You can only scan the QR code to communicate with them online. 5. About breakfast, the breakfast of the past two days is the worst breakfast I have had in 15 days, no one! There are only a few breakfast categories in the UK, and I can still eat theirs and feel that it is unpalatable. It is really not easy. When I booked, I specially chose breakfast included. Later, my family didn’t want to eat breakfast the next day. I didn’t eat it the next day and gave up because it was really unpalatable. 6. About parking, the hotel does not have a public parking lot, so the car needs to be parked nearby for eight or nine minutes and then walk to the hotel. The hotel does not offer any parking discounts. It's like, "You can stay here or not, I can't help you." In short, Oxford is very nice, but staying in this hotel makes my impression of Oxford not so good.

It was the second day of opening when I stayed there. The facilities were quite complete. Although the breakfast menu was the same every day, the taste was good. The reception service was also very good.
