Location: The location is good, right off of the Turnpike and close to destinations in Wellington. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage. Staff is very nice and helpful. Generally rooms are clean.(based on 1 review)

I have stayed 3 times in this property.
I know I have to come ready to clean the room and the bathroom myself :( before even using them because they have been always dirty. They need to improve the quality of housekeeping.
This last time the elevator was broken for 3 days!!!
Not ok. Microvawe only would work if nothing else was plugged or the breakers will fail. I suspect bedbugs live in there as well. Mattress are very uncomfortable. I hope I don’t have to use this property again

Elevator was out of order. When I arrived in my first room there were little bugs and cockroaches on the floor. The front desk staff was very helpful and assigned me to another room. Figure a hotel should have an ironing board and iron in each room but had to get it loaned from the front desk.

Staff is great, they have fast check in times. Rooms are always clean and the property overall is great. Only thing I would like them to change it to allow guests to be able to watch Netflix on the tv

Just okay
Stay is cheap a lot of people find out about the shop notice a lot of peoples was using the hotel as there home. The water to not get hot it gets really warm which was aggy after along day out. I think this is my last time staying here though. Stay wasnt horrible but it could be a lot better
