The facility was very good. Parents need to control their children in the breakfast area or management needs to step in!

Just a night stay. Room was fine but the night stand lights not working to turn off the lights. Had to unplug from the wall. No refrigerator as I thought it was in this hotel because other super 8 hotel I stayed had one. Other than that good dinner food in town.

The so called breakfast was the on the lower end of the scale. coffee was watered down, was only dirty water. There are frozen waffles, donuts with no flavor

Reserved a room and a roll out cot, but they would not give us one when we arrived. My son has to sleep on the floor.

The facility is old and it shows. The layout is, in a word, strange. We had difficulty finding our room. The breakfast is below-average.

Wouldn’t rate very good. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hallways smelt pretty bad like smoke. Pool wasn’t the cleanest

We stayed two nights with plans to visit different areas of the Black Hills. We chose this hotel based on location and were not disappointed. It is located in the heart of downtown Hill City and it was very easy to walk to everything we needed. It was easy to get to off the highway and parking was good. It is a dated property and could use some attention. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing especially when compared to the pictures on the counter at check in. We used the pool and there were no towels in the pool area so we used the ones from our room and then were scolded for not getting "pool towels" when we asked for new towels. If you have towels for the pool, then put them in the area or at least have a sign. We would stay again just based on the location.
