Convenient location, particularly if you're going to the Cleveland Clinic or Sawgrass Mills mall as the hotel shuttle goes to both locations. Room cleaning during the stay was generally subpar...had to give very specific instructions on what a cleaned room meant or it wasn't done (e g. Please make the bed, vacuum, leave a trash bag behind when emptying the bin...).

In the web the Hotel offer a room with queen bed and bed sofa and the room comes whitout the mattres of the bed sofa, for this reason my children didn´t sleep there, for that reason i ask for the money who i paid for the two nigths amount of USD. 394.37, the workers of the hotel knows the incident and recognize the situation, but they said that they can´t return the money because i paid directly to ******* and you must return my money and not the hotel.

I was there for 12day and not once my room was clean even though I told them and my sheets was changed once all that money I spent it not acceptable and I would not recommend them . Ps house keeping needs to get it together

Close by Cleveland Clinic. Full kitchen. Grocery across the street, plenty of places to eat close by as well.
Morning breakfast well stocked, fresh and hot food as well as refrigerated yougarts milk orange juice etc.
I have no complaints, it's a 2 star hotel that is good.
I would come back here!

The Hotel has been renovated and is modern, clean and comfortable as well as in a great location next door to the Weston town center. The staff are superb and welcoming, ready to assist in any way. My only wish would be for a few more pieces of equipment in the gym.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel to cater for the needs of my disability.
Room was clean and comfortable
Bathroom was fitted with aids I required.
Hotel was handy for town centre.
All round first class service
We arrived very early for checking in and were allowed access to room immediately.
On check out we were allowed to keep room 4 hours after official check out
