Friendly and good service. Good location for my work purposes.
Exterior updated but room kitchen area very dated (rust on exterior of fridge, wear on microwave display). Coffee maker and dishes not in unit (could request dishes but think paper). Shower would not turn off so bath not an option. Room smelled strongly of smoke. I did not request a different room. I got the impression it may have been applicable to all. Hotel was quiet and I slept well.

Convenient for what I needed but hallways and rooms not the cleanest. Noticed large spots on the carpets, rooma newd renovations. Very old looking building.

We needed an affordable convenient clean safe place to sleep, and this foot the bill.
Yea, it’s showing its age. Yeah, some corners and edges could stand a better scrubbing down.
But overall, it was a good price for product.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that is a slight negative is i wish there was range in the room. If I knew that I would of brought a pan or a pot to cook food since there is a lot of places to go food shopping.

One of the managers here at the hotel has a really weird habit of following guests around. He will watch you from behind walls and follow you to the parking lot as though expecting you to do something bad. At first I thought that he was just targeting my daughter and myself but then I found out from other guests in the hotel he's doing it to everyone. They never have any sheets for my room. But I can always get towels. There is never anyone at the front desk and oftentimes you will find yourself standing there ringing the bell for long periods of time waiting for someone to show up.

The Hotel was very dirty with unpleasant smell,especially the Lobby area and corridors.The room was not too bad but can be better.The laundry is dirty too.

No phone usb be cable ports anywhere. Keyless entry card to open had push hard to open door. Hair dryer was not properly installed shower Giles corners cracked
