This place is a gem. We could have stayed days if we were able to. Fresh, loved, clean and amazing sea views. If you choose this place for a stay try for a ground floor unit and you will have chosen wisely. Walk to main centre and seafront. Good value for money. Very comfy and friendly staff.

The decoration is very marine-style, very nice, you can enjoy breakfast while looking at the sea, the boss is very enthusiastic, help introduce the scenic spots, nearby restaurants, and help carry luggage

Clean, beautiful environment, good service

Hubby and I decided to have a pre-Christmas break here before the crowds descended on Whitianga, and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. The views from our apartment were really good, but we didn't use the glassed-in balcony, as the timber beam across the middle of the windows cut into the view, so we preferred to sit in the lounge area and look out through those window instead. Be aware that the location on the main waterfront road means a lot of traffic noise in busier seasons. I would recommend earplugs at night. The fan was good, but air-conditioning would have been even better! We stayed for 6 nights, and would have to say that the apartment isn't really set up for stays this long, as there is no storage in the kitchen, no drawers in the bedroom, and the fridge is very small. We made do by using our suitcases as drawers, and setting up some cardboard cartons as kitchen shelves, as we mostly did our own catering. The bed was very comfortable, but not really set up for sitting up in bed reading or watching TV, as it would start to move across the room when we leaned against the wall. We tried using the door stopper under one of the rear bed wheels, but that only helped on one side. If we stayed in Whitianga again, we would probably look for a place with more storage and air-conditioning. However, for the price, the location and views were very good, and I loved being able to walk across the road to go for a swim.

Absolutely magnificent view😍 where we stayed was so perfect. Every place was a short walk, and the only time we used our vehicle was a trip to the Woolworth and The Warehouse. Great apartments, great views, great management, excellent location, we would highly recommend waterfront apartments for a either a long or short stay. A short walk to local restaurants and shops, and a short drive to nearby attractions. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Room was very clean and beautifully presented, as soon as you walk through the front door, greeted with that stunning ocean view. The service from the minute I arrived was extremely friendly and welcoming, Chris also gave me a map. Marked out where the apartments where and explained where everything was and what I could do/see in the area! Absolutely enjoyed my time and look forward to staying here again.

The most wonderful hosts, spectacular views and amazing amenities. Beyond expectation. Perfect water pressure, a quiet apartment on the top floor with plenty of space. Access to town, the beach, a supermarket and take-away food all just minutes away without having to use the car! We travel a lot but this experience stands out because we could not fault a thing. Made us want to move to Whitianga. Thank you!

Nice, clean and very comfy beds. Hosts were very hospitable, allowing us to upgrade when room came up available, absolutely loved the upgrade to penthouse suite, amazing 360 degree view of the beach, will definitely be returning again next year!

Brand new eloquent original design apartments facing the sea, are wonderful. I had an amazing nights sleep on the glorious beds fantastic size too. Large kitchenette which boast everything you need. Our apartment was clean, fresh and so very light and bright. Heating worked beautifully. Our shower wasn’t a power shower however did the trick. This is in walking distance of pubs, cafes restaurants and shops, brilliant just perfect. I highly recommend a visit x10.

Stayed here for two nights in a studio apartment on the first floor. I was warmly welcomed at reception, given some information about the local area, and shown to the apartment. The view from the room was fantastic - the location is on the busy beachfront road, but the room was well soundproofed from the road noise when the windows were closed at night. The king size bed was comfortable, but I found the pillows a bit too firm, and I woke up with a sore neck and headache after the first night. The shower had good temperature and pressure, and the bathroom was clean, except from a bit of old mold in the mastic in the shower (the result of poor cleaning in the past?) The room and the kitchenette area were generally clean, but there were a few cobwebs in the bedroom close to the window, which shows that it probably needs better attention. The room had comfortable seating, multi channel Sky TV, good wi-fi performance, and there is a shared laundry (one washer and one dryer) for guest use. These are serviced apartments, and the reception is only staffed from 8:30am to 6pm. Despite the minor issues, I would probably stay here again.

Stayed at these apartments for two nights via grab one voucher. Very satisfied. Across the road was the beach. Nicely set out and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. The decor was gorg. These are privately owned so each has their own decor. Apartment 3 is in gorgeous beach colours, is on the ground floor with seating outside to enjoy the views and watch the world go bye. It is on the beach road so a little traffic. Didn't really bother us as we had early starts exploring.

This property is certainly well named, with only a road between it & the sea. The sea views must be great from all units. They certainly were from our ground floor studio unit. Although perhaps a little dated as to lay-out & décor we were well pleased. Our unit was a good size, neat, tidy, & clean. We found it very comfortable, & it was well serviced during our 2 day stay. A highlight for us was having breakfast in our room, in the sun & watching the waves break on the rocks just in front of us. The property is only about a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants & the wharf. Although we hardly saw any staff, those we did have contact with were very friendly & helpful. When we first arrived we were a little concerned about traffic noise, but it was no problem. The only time we were at all conscious of it was a bit during the rush hour 5-6pm.

Another great stay, these apartments are in a great location very near to the township and just across the road from the beach with amazing views, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay,
