This place is a gem. We could have stayed days if we were able to. Fresh, loved, clean and amazing sea views. If you choose this place for a stay try for a ground floor unit and you will have chosen wisely. Walk to main centre and seafront. Good value for money. Very comfy and friendly staff.

Not as good as Airbnb....at this price...I seriously don't recommend this hotel. They charge an extra NZD80 per night for a 3-year-old child. It's hard to say. Maybe some hotels just charge it. I'm convinced to pay it. The view is good, the location is convenient, but the attitude is bad Service: The attitude of a foreign man was really not very good... It was not good from the beginning when we checked in, and it continued to get worse and worse until we left Check out at 10 o'clock. I misremembered the time and wrote it down as 10:30. Then they knocked on my door at 9:50 and asked me when I could leave. I said 20 minutes (they were collecting luggage). They said in a very tough manner, no only 10 minutes. I said okay, I would try my best. They told me no 10 minutes again. In the end, I was about 15 minutes late. When I checked out at the front desk, there was no one there. I waited for a long time. After I left, the hotel notified Ctrip that I would be charged an extra NZD70 or something for my late check-out (less than half an hour). Later, Ctrip told me that it was not appropriate, but there was no way to stop the hotel from directly deducting the money from my credit card. In the end, Ctrip compensated me 400...
