Whitstable

Me my family recently stayed here for the night,we had a friends party to go to.the room was clean and tidy,the hotel was pretty quite with no loud noise.The long reach beefeater next door is a nice place to eat,the service and food were good,its not the cheapest of places,but we learnt that I'd we'd had a beefeater loyalty card we would of got some money off of the bill,something to bear in mind for next time.the only thing I would say about this Premier inn is that the signage outside does look abit run down and could do with replacing,that was the only negative thing I can say really,other than that we had a good stay.

Hotel premises were fine but restaurant was very tired and needs a good face-lift. Had to eat elsewhere on the first evening as restaurant was closed which defeated the object of staying and eating onsite. Disappointing as usually Premier Inn can be so much better.

Probably the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. The staff are amazing here and very eager to please. The room was very well maintained and appeared to have been recently refurbished as it was free from any marks and there was no sign of any wear and tare. Bathroom was very nice and modern. It's very well situated being a short drive from the seafront. Parking was good and it's always particularly good value for money in Whitstable.

Limited menu options and bar closures was 9.30pm food was not good. Manager asked if meal was good and we told him NO

We stay at a lot of premier inns as generally they are all fab, with lovely staff. However we were so disappointed with this one. The staff were nice, but didn’t seem that bothered. We tried to go for dinner at the beefeater which is linked to the restaurant, but we’re told it was fully booked. Even though there were clearly loads of tables. The hotel is about a half an hour walk away from the town dI we had to order a take away delivery. I feel like this place is lifeless and not the usual premier inn experience

The stay there was good, bedding fantastic, replenishingments good. The reception was good they great people and attent to any of our challenges which was fantastic entertainment is good you could watch your favourite programe sports and educational programmes

Good clean room, good food. Great staff. Our server Jen was very helpful and the check in staff were great too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good location for visiting Canterbury for its history and Whitstable for it seafood. Lovely weekend away after our daytrip to France for some liquid shopping!

We stayed here whilst working away, the hotel is not clean and they have rats running around in the car park, i complained regarding this, and to be told that rats were wildlife. (REALLY) We had a four night stay booked but after the third night we was not comfortable staying the last night, so we checked out, they charges us for four nights as on the last day you have to check out before 12pm and we checked out at 1pm. Please do not stay here. And to add both parties were poorly with sickness, maybe due to eating at the Beefeater which is on site, premises are disgusting.

Great location, Stacey was an awesome staff member, bubbly, big smile and very helpful. Good breakfast next door in the Beefeater. And the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Will definitely book here again when I’m in the area. Also near to the bus stop to anywhere local. Thank you.
