SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams Reviews

I booked this hotel online through the app Trip.com. When accessing the pet policies, it lists the fee of $15 per pet per day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the fee was $20, I said that when I booked the room online the price listed was $15. She pointed to the sign in the office that read pet fee $20. Their cancellation policy for this booking on my confirmation is “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it.” So now I’m stuck, I can’t cancel and it irritates me that I have to pay a fee at all. Seems that I can’t modify the booking, but they can. Secondly, another reason for the low rating is although the room was clean there was a water leak coming from the unit above. Whenever the occupant above would use the washroom, liquid would drain from the ceiling into the tub.

Don’t even bother staying in this dirty place, so sad the app doesn’t take video I have a bunch of them showing how bad it is

The room was great and plenty of parking, really close to the freeway. I was really happy with the price ass well. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Few things could make this place worse. Dirty and completely useless services. Charged as a walk up WHEN I MADE A RESERVATION. A month later and Parker the manager still hasn't refunded me even though BW can SEE the duplicate charge. Unreal. Literally stole my money from my credit card. Do not give this place any business.

Clean and quiet place right off the 5 freeway👍 comfortable bed and nice furniture.

First off, the gentlemen checking me in was friendly and courteous and helpful. Unfortunately that’s the only bright spot. Upon entering the room, reeking cigarette smell (it’s a non-smoking room), floors and surfaces are tacky. I checked in latw night and left as soon as I wake up the next day, since that’s all I need it for. Thinking of it… i’d be better off driving 7 miles north and sleep in my car in the rest area…

Not a bad hotel considering the price. Some newer fittings (lights, mirror, flooring, heating) some old (eg tile). Little bit of mold on bathtub cieling. Did hear the cats once that others have mentioned.

Standard accomodations. Price is right for property. Very good bed. Quiet.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Our room was dirty! Spiderwebs over the sink area, hair in the tub, dead flies on the wall by the picture and looked like a child wiped snot on a wall. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The noise from the freeway was constant, but not horrible.

A place to sleep, but not much more than that. Kinda run down. Receptionist not very friendly.

I liked how convenient the location was. I didn’t like that there was flys in our room.

Was very dirty pretty disappointed we have stayed here before but we will never stay there again
