This is on *******! You rated this property high, *******. I believed it. It was awful, scary, disgusting, lacked supplies, had to switch rooms and the second one wasn't much better. Supposed to be non smoking-smelled of smoke badly. People partying, playing loud music all night. Cockroaches, plugged drain when trying to shower. Someone had taken a crap in the bathroom and it was not cleaned or flushed! Hair dryer fell off the wall. So much more! It was awful

Room didn't smell stale, it smelled of ****. Pillows were crap. Thankfully it was too chilly for the pool cause it was nasty. I'm sure they just sweep the floors cause the bottom on my daughter's sock were dirty after walking around in just socks. While checking the room I saw under the mattress..HORRID

Room was unclean, staff where non existent, toilet paper was gone, beds only had sheets, the room smelled strongly like **** and the furniture and cabinets where falling apart.

Been coming here most years for a decade. The rooms are nice with a kitchen. This year they required a deposit of $50.00 at check in for the first time. They say it will be refunded. Hopefully.

Bathroom could use some updating. Sink cabinet, tp holder and shower rod all looked like they could fall apart at any moment
Door to the room wasn't the best - stayed there during hurricane season and I was afraid it would pop open

**Has roaches.**
The sheets weren’t clean. One bed had makeup still on the pillow cases, so they weren’t washed. The other bed had hair all in the sheets. Staff was very nice but the conditions of the room was just nasty.

When I arrive at 3 pm my room was not ready. But the ladies that was working there made sure they was going to get a room ready for me.They were very helpful and nice . I really enjoyed my stay these ladies went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. I will definitely be back .
