What a fantastic premier inn, greated by the lovely Laura on reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great experience. Our room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. Lovely Brewers fayre attached to the building was a bonus.

We slept for 12 hours in the comfiest bed. Room was well appointed with essentials for an overnight stay. Great value, clean room, comfy bed, powerful shower. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Secure, free on site parking a bonus. Will stay again. Thanks 😊

Unfortunately one of 2 rooms booked had no heating and a nasty smell. Was very difficult having to carry cases upstairs the spiral staircase with no staff fit enough to help and no lift. Receptionist was lovely and tried his best to help. Other room comfortable, beds great. Dining chairs wobbly, decor dated but most staff very friendly and food satisfactory Won’t choose this hotel again but will stay in other Premier Inns

We had just the best night's stay. The hotel room was comfortable & clean. The hotel was quiet and we slept really well. We took the meal deal and it was really good value for money. We had a great cooked breakfast with gluten-free options for one of us. It really set us up for the rest of the day. It is perfect if you are travelling to or from Bristol Airport. Will be staying there again.

Had a lovely stay at The Premier Inn Bristol Sidcot. Staff were great, hotel is a bit worn and tired, but still nice. Had the meal deal every day as it was very good value for money. Came quite quickly and was hot and tasty. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Stairs to rooms are steep and spiral, they are a little awkward with cases, take an overnight bag. Tea and coffee facilities available. Shower is hot and powerful, towels supplied are fluffy and clean.

Typical Premier Inn - always reliable and the Brewers Fayre restaurant was very good and reasonable. Perfect overnight stop for an early airport arrival, as it’s a straight run down the A38 from hotel to airport - about nine miles and twenty minutes

The greeting was great from a lovely lady, unfortunately that’s where it fell apart. The room was damp / musky smelling and the bedsheets felt damp as well. Bar / restaurant looks unkept and dirty. The food came out cold and we were sat in a cold conservatory which wasn’t very welcoming or clean.

Lovely rooms, staff who mean well but some real management needed. Check in was not welcoming and made to feel bad we were staying out later for family event. There was a fire alarm, can’t be helped but no marshal anywhere to tell us where to go and a panic staff member running around! The worst bit is the restaurant and breakfast though. Again staff meaning well but lack management and left feeling a little unwelcome.
