Like, like, like, great scenery, beautiful environment, if you stay in winter, I believe it will be a beautiful environment, great, because it is the off-season, there are not many tourists, it is super comfortable to stay.

Convenient to ski slopes with free shuttle. Front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately hot tub was in need of a water refresh (which they did the next morning), and our room only was only stocked with one bath towel for 4 people.

The hotel is old and run down. No blankets for the beds, extremely noisy, you can hear every door slam anytime anyone comes in and out. However the staff was nice, not their fault the facility needs major work.

Front desk staff member (male, dark hair, 20s-30s) was sarcastic in response to normal, simple questions from us as guests. Because of this, stay was soured. It was comforting to find that other guests were voicing their negative experience with this staff member on same day, having same experience with him. This man should probably not be working at a busy Winter Park hotel if he can't handle a large flow of guests and can't be courteous.

The restaurant was close for 4 of the 10 days we were there. We had to call down to the desk to keep people quite at midnight and 3 am in the morning.

The location to the mountain and ability to take dogs was our main reason for booking this hotel. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The room sizes are acceptable as well. However, the beds are not comfortable and the rooms are outdated and a bit rundown. The beds came with sheets and an extreme to thin “comforter” and the pillows were small and lacked any support. The walls were thin making the rooms noisy from other guests.

The room smelled and I assume that staff knows of this issue as the window was open when entering the room. The place in general was old and run down. Receptionist when checking in was great and friendly. Other night was a little rude when asking about coffee.
