Apartamenty Jaworska 4 Wrocław

We choose to stay at this apartment due to the convenience of how close it was to the clinic where I was having surgery. On arrival( Wednesday) there was a towel in the apartment, on Friday I had asked at the reception desk if it was possible to have a new clean towel. I was told very bluntly I would need to ask the cleaner and that she was not working that day, I returned to the desk on Sunday and explained that I had not seen the cleaner so would it be possible to have a new clean towel I’ve had surgery but I was told they don’t have any to give , I offered to pay for one and asked surely you keep stock of clean towels, I then asked where could I purchase a towel locally and her reply was a shoulder shrug , i am disappointed with the lack of care and poor customer service skills from the women at the reception desk and would definitely not recommend to stay here !!

We were surprised how nice and modern the apartment was,Very clean.we would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

Needs improvement Shower head bracket broken. Room not cleaned very well. Needs a good hoover and clean. Of all that was done then would fine.
