"If I could give 0 starts I would. WORSE hotel experience of my life and much closer to being a 2 star than a 5. I stayed after a friend’s wedding and would never ever return here. Not only was my suite dirty but the shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked, The worse thing though was the fact they LOCKED me into the spa, honestly unbelievable. They did not check to see if anyone was in there, they turned off all the lights and locked all the doors. THE MOST UNSAFE HOTEL ever. No fire lights no fire doors, no alarms no phone to ring. I rang the concierge to no avail, I have recorded all this and raised a complaint and they stoped email back and just ignored me. THEY DO NOT CARE for your wellbeing or to give a response to any complaints. DO NOT GO HERE."

"The staff is very helpful, the apartments themselves are comfortable and stylish. I definitely recommend it for a city break. The location is 5 minutes from the market square but not in the noisy center! I highly recommend it!"

"The only positive aspect of this place is its central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the market square. Unfortunately, the reviews I read before booking did not reflect the reality of my stay. The room I was given was extremely small, dark, and—most concerning—had unclean bedding. The sheets were stained, and I experienced severe itching throughout the night. Although I had booked two nights, I left after the first and moved to Lux Apart-Hotel in the market square, which was far superior and only slightly more expensive."

"Spacious room with all the amenities. Everything was very clean and right in the city center. It's the best option if you want to visit Wrocław. My only minor gripe is that when you shower, the bathroom light goes out because it doesn't detect movement. Everything is so modern! And the toilet paper felt like sandpaper."

"My overall experience at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery was excellent. The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw."
