The location and facilities are the best. There is a small supermarket nearby, so there is no inconvenience. The staff is friendly, and the room with the balcony was really the best.

This a clean and stylish hotel in the centre of Wroclaw, a stones throw from the historic square and close to lots of sights. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The let down is the lack of English speaking channels and I got a bit fed up with BBC news and CNN all the time! Never mind. Everything else was very good and the hotel has a lovely spa, gym and pool.

Good organized and managed hotel. Spacious rooms, very good breakfast buffet, convenient underground parking, belonging to the Philharmonic Hall. The staff was vety helpful and professional, especially at the breafast time and at the front desk. Place to return.

From Marlena at checkin to the maids during our stay to the girls at the breakfast room and dinner. You have an amazing team and as a guest you definitely notice this all through the hotel's experience. Your staff is dedicated, professional, polite and naturally passionate about their job and hotel. This is really unique. Then...Wroclaw...what a beautiful city you have there! We felt safe, at home, welcome and amazing. The city is superclean, organized, historic, just unique! We will definitely come back! We already miss everything about Wroclaw.

Outstanding Staff, Facilities and Dining...BRAVO! First visit was September 2024, now with my wife...we will be back! In addition to the "Five Star" professional, courteous reception and staff accommodations are pristine, clean, welcoming...staff goes out of its way, above and beyond...value/price is unmatched. To the General Manger, Supervisor and Staff, keep up the Outstanding Work...!!! Special thanks to Katia and the wonderful cook at this morning's incredible breakfest...!!! WE WILL BE BACK...!!!

Updating my review to five stars instead of four given how flexible they were when extending my stay repeatedly this last visit. I’ve been frequenting this hotel since April 2019, and my last stay was 16 nights. They are one of the few hotels with balconies in Wroclaw, and they’ve improved them over the years, at least on the 5th floor. The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, the staff is accommodating, the casting feature on the TV works well, the bed is comfy, and there is a water dispenser in the hall now which is a nice touch. Any issues I’ve come across have usually been addressed promptly, so despite being a grumpy traveler, I think they’ve earned this five star.

It’s a good hotel with nice rooms and balconies, the breakfast is ok, the staff is fairly accommodating, and the location is great. Having stayed here regularly for almost a decade, there are definitely some things they could do better, but overall it’s not bad.
