AC Hotel Wroclaw

Nothing was really good in that hotel. I will not book it again.

Updating my review to five stars instead of four given how flexible they were when extending my stay repeatedly this last visit. I’ve been frequenting this hotel since April 2019, and my last stay was 16 nights. They are one of the few hotels with balconies in Wroclaw, and they’ve improved them over the years, at least on the 5th floor. The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, the staff is accommodating, the casting feature on the TV works well, the bed is comfy, and there is a water dispenser in the hall now which is a nice touch. Any issues I’ve come across have usually been addressed promptly, so despite being a grumpy traveler, I think they’ve earned this five star.

After having to leave a terrible hotel, these people worked at 3 a.m. and happily provided shelter to travelers who had been on the road for 24 hours and were tired. Excellent service, kind, sweet, adequate workers, super service. Delicious, varied breakfast. With the ability to unload and load luggage. Of course, this is a luxury hotel, but often maintaining a good mood with the service and communicating with adequate people is worth it.

Stayed only 1 night so cannot speak for all the amenities. Room was very clean, staff delightful. Breakfast phenomenal. 4 stars because of the form over function design. Our bathroom had a sink that was shallow allowing water to splash all over. On the right side the sink sloped up the countertop creating a square foot of unusable counter space. When traveling we have things to set down and there was little space. There was no rack for a hand towel at all. It had to sit on the counter as well, getting splashed. There was easily a meter between the edge of the counter and the toilet where more countertop would have been helpful, or a small table of some sort. Partially open shower stall allowed water to fall on the floor creating a hazard. Also the water was barely what I’d call hot. There was also no outlet on the right side of the bed. Why not? It seems in Europe that hotels have decided that tourists care more about high design instead how the room functions. A hotel can and should use beautiful products and materials and still have great function for a traveler to feel at home.

Outstanding property in beautiful city of Wroclaw. It’s an AC, but feels like Luxury Collection. Immaculately clean rooms. Specious lobby with nice bar and restaurant. Great, friendly and attentive staff. Right in the heart of the city. Well managed hotel. We will be back. Dziękujemy
