房間夠大，但是暖氣不給力，洗澡的熱水也非常緩，洗澡非常冷。
最差勁的是早餐，種類少就不説了，過年這麼冷的天，所有容器全部都是打開的，食物基本冰冷，吃的胃疼。就這還要38一個人！

1. 酒店熱水沒温度，洗澡很冷
2. 房間裏面非常多的臭蟲，床上桌上到處飛
3. 洗澡間的水滲透出來在廁所，非常濕和臟
4. 服務員態度非常差了，報熱水問題，搞了一個小時才來人，搞了半天説搞不好就走了
後面會給酒店多多宣傳，防止大家勿入這個垃圾酒店

為了滿足孩子的願望，特意訂的森林小木屋，總體而言還是很滿意的。酒店位於木蘭天池景區正門旁，從酒店步行到景區正門也衹有100米左右，非常方便。停車地方很多，停車方便，還可以登記車牌號後免停車費。小木屋位於酒店旁的林中山坡上，蚊子倒還好，有滅蚊措施，沒怎麼被騷擾。房間內部條件還不錯，設施齊全，衞生條件也不錯。就是兩個小問題，一個是去小木屋得經過幾十級台階，如果帶了大件行李或者腿腳不方便的話就有點困難；第二是一般像這種家庭房主題的，我碰到的大多數同級別酒店都是送一份孩子的早餐的，但是這裏要單獨加錢。總體而言還是滿意的

幾年前帶娃去過，體驗感不錯。
設施：齊全，因為酒店比較老了，我們定的時候這個價也算合適。泳池，不是很乾凈！
衞生：很好，泳池一般
環境：離景區很近特別方便
服務：還行
晚上安靜適合爬完山後安安靜靜的睡個好覺，樹木也很多，除蚊除蟲算是做的特別好了！

房間裏一大一小兩張床，特別適合一家三口出遊，早餐比較有當地特色，衹是品種不多，周邊環境尚可，離景區很近，值得推薦。

酒店的我個人覺得挺好的，價格方面比較適中，視野開闊，空氣清新，房間整潔，週末來度假非常好，並且酒店樓層有着明確羨慕的説明，非常方便我們找房間，房間醒目的便簽上面寫着前台的服務電話，很贊，而且餐廳早上準備的早餐也好吃，味道好，分量足夠不少，推薦!都很好下次有機會再帶娃來玩一次。
