A male receptionist left me speechless. I was driving a 4.2-meter minivan. There was obviously a parking lot, and the parking lot could be parked. 花灑架子沒有辦法架住，不好使用啊，洗頭膏，沐浴露還是80年代的帶袋包裝，還沒有洗澡就沒有了，酒店床單入住後不清洗，不收拾整理，拖鞋就給一個人的，從上海到武漢出差很多次了，這個酒店讓我真的很失望，進門外觀看看還湊合，可是使用的條件相差太大了。入住隔壁的西岸酒店五天，環境，設備，無法相比，服務也是相差很大啊！

設施、衞生、環境一般吧，前台接待可以，強烈譴責保安刁難客人，下午明明車和其他車輛一樣停在門店前沒有任何問題，晚上保安上班後卻非讓我們挪車到其他地方！致使我們的車左側反光鏡被剮壞，等走出離酒店一百多公里後才發現。這個保安連起碼的禮貌都不懂，送水時不敲門推門就進，走時還站在門外偷聽！這種人早該開除！

洗髮水洗的我頭皮發燒不知道是毛巾不乾淨還是洗髮水不行，隔音太差半夜樓下狗叫沒法睡覺，早上打掃人員七點敲門打掃衞生不管你退不退房
