Junyi Dynasty Hotel

Front desk staffer Xiao Xu upgraded us to a suite for free, which was quiet and very clean. I especially loved the duvet – it was so light yet incredibly comfortable and had a nice weighted feel. I bought a package including breakfast, which I thought was quite a good value. The hot dry noodles were delicious!

The hotel boasts excellent accessibility, being right next to Jiedaokou Metro Station and Wuhan University. There are also several shopping malls nearby with a wide array of dining options. The staff are attentive and thoughtful, offering hot drinks daily and promptly refilling the minibar. Xiao Hu at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuhan.

My experience at the Junyi Dynasty Hotel for an academic conference in Wuhan was excellent. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Hu, was incredibly professional. She pre-reserved a room near the conference hall for us, made the check-in process very efficient, and even arranged a late check-out for me so I could organize my conference materials. The housekeeping attendant, Auntie Luo Shumei, was also very thoughtful. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to rest well at night and feel refreshed for the meetings during the day. When I needed to print a paper last minute, the front desk quickly helped me out. These two staff members made my business trip much smoother. Thank you.

Attended my child's graduation and booked two rooms for a week. The housekeeping was prompt, everything was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff even provided hangers when they saw we had laundry. When the weather was hot, they brought us sun hats, gardenias, and yogurt. On our last day, they even delivered a lovely fruit platter. The laundry room was super convenient for washing and drying clothes. A special thanks to Luo Shumei, Zhang Qiongli, Zhou Xiulan, Pan Aiqiong, Zhou Jun, and Zhou Huanwa.

This has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Wuhan! The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, and the hotel has its own underground parking, so parking is stress-free. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. What impressed me most was the hotel's service; the entire front desk staff was warm and friendly, and I especially want to thank Manager Mo for her exceptional thoughtfulness. This time, I was traveling with my child, and Manager Mo proactively helped us upgrade our room and arranged for staff to bring up a children's amenity set. At checkout, she thoughtfully gave my child a drink, which was a lovely surprise. These details truly show their dedication. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Wuhan! I wish Junyi Dynasty a prosperous business!

The room was spacious but the facilities were really old. The central air conditioning wasn't blowing cold air yet, so it was so hot that we had to ask a staff member to bring us a fan. However, all the staff were very good and proactively helped us solve the problem.

A very satisfying stay. The front desk upgraded our room for free, and my child loved the bathtub. The disposable slippers were very comfortable. They provided a wide range of complimentary amenities, including free mini-bar drinks. The housekeeping staff even boiled water and let it cool down for us. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station and a commercial area right outside, as well as the beautiful Wuhan University (unfortunately, most gates were closed during the winter holiday, so we couldn't go in and explore).
