前台小莫服務態度很好，幫忙免費升房了，第二天有事延遲退房也很乾脆利落，房間乾淨舒適，夜景很美，第二天上午還送了薑絲可樂和茶水，下次還會再來，樓下自助也很好吃，菜品豐富。

唯一優點就是離學校近，其他都很一般很一般，不會再訂第二次
有一天甚至都沒怎麼打掃房間，我頭天晚上的垃圾還在地上，洗手枱用過的毛巾也還是就那樣放在那裡，完全不知道打掃人員在幹什麼，是我交的錢不包含打掃房間嗎?還留小紙條要好評，能不能把最基本的做好了再要好評
電視也不能投屏b站，這是需要什麼很高技術含量的東西嗎
電梯是住宿和吃自助混在一起，做電梯的體驗感超級無敵差，飯點要等半天還人擠人
窗簾一拉開就是露台也很離譜，外面的人可以直接看到我睡覺
細説起來這個酒店每一點都很離譜，第一次碰到連衞生都做不乾淨的，窗户毫無私隱的，真是可以避雷的程度

酒店整體還是ok的，但也有不愉快的地方…
1️⃣ 洗漱間的浴缸是壞的，下水口無法關閉。跟前台反饋後沒有説換房而是給我們了一個一次性浴缸套意思是套着就不會漏水了（本來就該給啊）。
2️⃣ 浴缸水太滿溢出來後地上沒有下水口就這樣在洗漱間積水了…還得讓阿姨半夜來抽水清潔（這個服務分都給到阿姨的辛苦上…
不過整體上還是ok的，本來也就為了金馬門晚餐券來住，離武大很近很適合週末來改善一下生活
