Decent and clean hotel with quite a lot of rooms. Free laundry and dryer machines to use. Comes with detergent. Great amenity on that part. Has a small gym with three machines. Cozy with water and small towels.
Room is relatively big for the price. Very clean and well maintained. Has a nice tea table and sofa seating by the window.
Receptionists not the friendliest but did their jobs. Has a robot to deliver amenities. Convenient to use WeChat to request for items to be delivered to room and have food delivery as well.
Great stay. Walking distance to train station can be a little far but you can cut through the mall.

Room is quite spacious, amenities are refilled everyday and room service is good. I stayed during summer so the airconditioner temperature is too high for me…i wish it was colder but even the their technician not sure what happened to our aircond. Hotel wifi is bad…slow to no connection. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices.

24hr check-in is a breeze! Location is fantastic! Room is new and clean. Staffs are friendly and communicate on WeixXin. Breakfast spread is great!

Pet-friendly hotel
We drove with two big dogs and chose this hotel when we passed by Wuhan
Deposit 200, cleaning fee 50. The deposit was refunded very quickly. It was refunded as soon as we left the hotel
This fee is still very cost-effective
The point is that the hotel staff is super enthusiastic. There is a lady who should be the manager. She is so enthusiastic. Because we drove all day and didn’t want to go far, we thought about finding a delicious raw hot noodles nearby. The one recommended by the lady to us was delicious. We also ate the pot cake next to it! Delicious! It’s really the kind that you want to eat again after eating it
Also, the executive room was upgraded for free. We upgraded it to a room with a balcony. They said it was more suitable for us to bring dogs
There is also a buffet breakfast in the morning. There is no extra charge. There are many dishes and the taste is very good!
In short, this is the only hotel I will stay in every time I bring a puppy in this trip! Highly recommended to all pet owners!!
