Wuhan Caidian District Hotels

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation, close to the subway and Wanda Plaza. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the room facilities are complete, the room is super large, the front desk guy is very good, warm and thoughtful, the room aunt is responsive, it is also close to Jianghan University, there are many snacks around, and parking is free and safe. My child stayed here for the college entrance examination, and they specially arranged a very quiet room for us.

The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast! They decisively extended our stay the next day, and we were directly upgraded to a room type and provided with free breakfast! Happy to stay here for a few more days! Give me a big praise👍👍

This stay at Radisson Blu Hotel was great! We contacted in advance to inquire about our stay requirements, and they answered us patiently throughout the process, responding to our needs quickly. The environment was clean and comfortable, and there was a dedicated butler who added WeChat when we checked in. All subsequent needs could be solved quickly by directly contacting the butler, which was very good. The breakfast was very rich, with local Wuhan characteristics, and there was a large back garden. The overall feeling of staying was very good.

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched. I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.

The hotel service is efficient and the check-in process is fast. I ordered about four express deliveries in **, and each time the robot delivered them to my room door very promptly. The front desk is also on duty 24 hours a day and answers the phone quickly. I am quite satisfied with the space and cleanliness of the room. Most importantly, there is no odor, not at all! ! In addition, the wifi speed is good and the TV quality is also good. This is my third or fourth stay here~

The hotel in the development zone has a good environment, good toiletries, clean environment, elegant room decoration, and new facilities. Parking is also very convenient, and there is a subway station next to it. The staff are very nice and will greet you warmly, which makes people feel very comfortable. I recommend staying here!

The hotel is ok, but the noise is a bit too much. The soundproofing is very poor. There is a very loud ping-pong noise at night, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. I finally fell asleep, but was woken up by the people eating at the food stalls opposite the hotel. They were still shouting at midnight. The noise of vehicles on the road was also very loud. I even heard the sound of drilling in the middle of the night. It's hard to comment.
