Hotels in Caidian District, Wuhan

The service was excellent. First, the hotel is very close to the concert venue. Upon check-in, my hand wasn't feeling well, but there was no concierge to help with my luggage. The next day, the lobby manager personally came to apologize and gave me a thoughtful little gift. All rooms at the hotel include a complimentary breakfast for two, and I tried it once; the selection was quite generous, better than most hotels. Another highlight is the Chinese restaurant, which offers great value for money and very fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, LCD screen (TV) and air conditioner. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is where my son sleeps the most. The hotel door also uses a pin code, it is safe and there is no need to use a door lock or door card. Outside there is also have a game machine (tintong) and contains many types of games, you can play casually for free. The hotel is close to the Wanda Plaza shopping center (only 2-5 minutes on foot).. There are also many places restaurant outside the hotel.. Every evening to night there is also have a fun fair near the hotel just outside the Wanda Plaza... Good and nice hotel. Tq BO AN Hotel

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; every corner was sparkling clean. All the amenities provided were brand new, which was very reassuring to use. The location is superb, with easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was very spacious with excellent natural light. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and most importantly, the soundproofing was top-notch, allowing for a truly peaceful night's sleep. The location is quite convenient, and they offer free parking. The breakfast was also very good. I'll definitely be back!

Super convenient subway and taxi access right outside, easy walking distance to Wanda Plaza and Sports Center, and all the surrounding shopping malls, cinemas, and cafes within easy reach~ The room is clean, well-equipped, bright, and the service is attentive, making it well worth the price of admission 💯

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched. Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast! They decisively extended our stay the next day, and we were directly upgraded to a room type and provided with free breakfast! Happy to stay here for a few more days! Give me a big praise👍👍

The room facilities are relatively new, and the bed and pillows are more comfortable than those at the Hangzhou main store – highly recommend! The room service was also quite good, very satisfied! Waking up in the wooden cabin in the morning and interacting with the swans was a truly wonderful experience. The Chinese restaurant's food was decent, good flavor, but the service lagged behind. Hopefully, they can improve on that. However, the breakfast at the buffet restaurant really has a lot of room for improvement. Many items were pre-made, and the selection was poor. I hope next time I visit, there will be more specialty dishes. Overall, it's still good, especially since there are so few parent-child hotels like this in Wuhan. I hope Kaiyuan can continue to grow and thrive!
