The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

Firstly, the staff were fantastic; every single person we met from the moment we walked in was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. We were here for a concert with our child, and this place was incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's the Wanda Golden Street food street, and it's genuinely just a few minutes' walk to the Sports Center. With the concert starting at 7:30 PM, we could head down around 6:30 PM and still have a leisurely stroll over. It was even better after the concert; no need to worry about traffic jams, and we could grab a late-night snack downstairs. The hotel's overall environment was also great, especially the bathroom. The sink area and shower room were very spacious, with excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. It's definitely my top choice for concerts! I'll absolutely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a show!

I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.

This stay at Radisson Blu Hotel was great! We contacted in advance to inquire about our stay requirements, and they answered us patiently throughout the process, responding to our needs quickly. The environment was clean and comfortable, and there was a dedicated butler who added WeChat when we checked in. All subsequent needs could be solved quickly by directly contacting the butler, which was very good. The breakfast was very rich, with local Wuhan characteristics, and there was a large back garden. The overall feeling of staying was very good.

This hotel is very nice, very quiet and good place. Good service, helpful staff, every time they asking you if they need to clean you room or not. I also want to let you know about their breakfast, it is very nice and you can find a lot of choice there. This hotel has everything almost: gym, washing room for your clothes with steam machine. The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast!
