酒店環境很差，鍵盤桌面有點臟，打打遊戲這都沒事，最主要是出了問題老闆都不願意打電話溝通一下，服務態度極差，以後不會再訂這家酒店了，本來我是訂第二天的房的，我和酒店溝通退款，我重新定，酒店不願意退，要收我20%手續費，老闆讓我改簽改簽價格又多了25塊錢。我服了這家所以給了評價，最可氣的是老闆都不願意和我打電話溝通。
