Wutaishan Golden Lotus Hotel

The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk staff is very good, and there is hot water 24 hours a day. Free parking, and free breakfast, living here is very comfortable and feels like home. I would recommend good friends to live here and give a thumbs up to the Golden Lotus Hotel

The worst hotel experience! I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and said that there was only one big bed room I booked online, and there was a mahjong machine in it. The smell of smoke was pungent and I couldn't rest at all, so I adjusted a standard room near the front desk. I don’t need to talk about the loud noise, but when the water temperature was adjusted, I found that the water was overflowing at the Jinshan Temple and there was a problem with the floor drain! After checking out at 8 o’clock the next day, I accidentally left my ID card in the room. After I arrived at Dingxiang at 6 pm and remembered it, I quickly called and asked the hotel’s driver to help me take it to Xinzhou the next day to facilitate boarding. Or express mail, but the manager disapproved of it at all and refused! I am wondering why I can't call the passenger to pick it up in 9 hours. In the afternoon I also waited for two hours near this hotel! So I am really disappointed with this hotel. It is not only the poor hardware facilities, the low management level, and even the minimum sense of service. It is not recommended for other tourists to choose this store!

Especially good, the price during May Day is really conscientious. The room was clean and the hot water was very hot. The breakfast is very delicious. Check-in is fast, parking is convenient, and there are many restaurants around. The staff are very kind, answer all questions, and have a friendly attitude. I plan to stay here next time I go to Mount Wutai.

五台山高速出口附近，進出景區方便，房間很暖和挺舒服的，吃飯還給打折。
