性價比確實是高，很便宜，但是入住體驗不是很好。
入住前我記得應該打過電話説不要頭尾房，最後入住的還是尾房，而且房間過道沒有燈，黑漆麻烏的，隔壁住户都是律師函，晚上特別嚇人😅房間確實挺大了，但是浴室特別小，剛好一個人，浴巾對比一看就能看出多小，動作幅度大點就會碰到浴室牆壁或者浴室門。床是彈簧床，浴巾是破的，床單也是破的，椅子很臟，感覺很久沒有清洗，包漿了。入住第一天牙刷衹放了一個人的，太心累了。之前住過附近其他店同價位的網約房，至少沒有這種情況。衹能説宣傳網圖是酒店，線下實物是出租屋。
優點：房間大，窗户視野開闊，便宜真的便宜。出行方便，離融創茂近。
住的不開心，但是優點確實有，不給超低分了

千挑萬選的酒店，訂了四五天不同的房型，入住之後體驗極差，有被圖片欺騙到。酒店沒有前台，都是加V溝通
1.訂單是免費升級房型的，到了樓下也電話確認過，結果2分鐘之後安排的是原房型入住，進去發現不對之後馬上聯繫酒店更換
2.升級了貴幾塊錢的房型之後，一開門一股濃濃的刺鼻味，想着以為是幾天沒有開窗通風，開個窗透氣就好了，沙發上有血跡也忍了想着不坐就行，結果下午出去生玩了半天晚上回來之後還是濃濃的刺鼻味，100多的酒店也不想太***就沒有要更換房間，衹是 説希望第二天能夠早一點換到我訂的房間，無線網也用不了，酒店也同意第二天早點換到其他房間，天知道這一晚睡的多提心吊膽，大人沒事，就怕對小朋友有影響
3.一直到第二天中午我們從外面玩了回來，酒店還沒有準備好即將要入住的親子房，催促酒店説客人沒有退房，真的生意這麼好嗎？所有住親子房的客人都延退房遲，我一再強調給我準備一個稍微乾淨點至少沒有異味的房間，酒店承諾先檢查好再安排我入住，結果給我安排的就是圖2的房間且房間還沒有開始打掃
4.經過一系列溝通終於第二天下午住上了一個比較正常的房間，至少沒有異味，這個時候孩子開始有點咳嗽當時也沒有放在心上，到了第三天直接發燒了，不知道是不是跟房間的刺鼻氣味有關造成呼吸道感染，想想都挺後怕，當時因為怕一時麻煩導致一晚上擔驚受怕
5.孩子發高燒就提前離店了，晚上沒住酒店也是一分錢不退，所以沒啥服務可言，已經説了孩子發燒不住走了，還給我發訊息説讓我次日離開時把空調關一下 給他發訊息説退房就好，懷疑是確認我晚上是否入住，房間又賣給其他人了，如果真是這樣也太黑心了，一間房賺兩份錢
6.那天回來正好碰到打掃衞的阿姨，當著我的麪就直接戴着做事的臟手套更換浴巾之類，整理垃圾鋪床全部都是戴的臟手套，你們能接受嗎

第三次入住，一如既往的不錯，就是冰箱稍嫌臟了些，不過氣温低，食品可以直接放陽台上。
