"I absolutely *have* to give a shout-out to Songpin Hotel! This is seriously an underrated gem. The hotel's environment and scenery are breathtaking; the entire place feels like a serene Jiangnan garden – so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. We stayed in a standalone villa, and the room was incredibly spacious, fully equipped, and supremely comfortable. With kids, they could easily spend the whole day playing in the room without getting bored. A special commendation goes to the hotel's service. Every single staff member was so friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely choose to stay here again! (We originally planned to stay for just one day, but as soon as we entered the room, we immediately extended our stay for two more days!)"

"Extremely satisfied with my stay, the attention to detail truly shows the quality! Service: Elsa upgraded my room during check-in and arranged for a late check-out. The room she helped me choose had an excellent location. The hotel itself is quite large and easy to get lost in, so I really appreciate Elsa escorting me all the way from the front desk to my room, explaining the hotel and nearby attractions along the way. Celia was very efficient during check-out, and my deposit was refunded promptly after I left. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean. Environment: You can directly access Nanchang Street from the hotel's back entrance by swiping your room key. It’s also very close to Wuxi Station, Yuantouzhu, and Huishan Ancient Town by taxi. The location is truly superb. Facilities: The TV in the room is large and supports screen mirroring. The BALMUDA speaker looks great and has excellent sound quality. The room key is a cute fridge magnet, which makes for a nice souvenir. Many thanks to Elsa and Celia for their thoughtful and attentive service. I will definitely choose Indigo Wuxi Qingshan Bridge again on my next visit to Wuxi."

"Staying during the off-season was incredibly comfortable. The duplex hot spring room was spacious, well-lit, and fully equipped, with lots of complimentary items. The buildings are close together, making it easy to get around. The area isn't isolated either; you can order takeout and explore on foot. What I appreciated most about this stay was the service and hospitality. The front desk staff were always very thoughtful of guests, delivering items, communicating, and explaining everything perfectly, and patiently resolved any issues. The complimentary perks like the fruit platter, sweet soup, and free travel photography were a really nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. PS: The breakfast and afternoon tea at the restaurant were just okay; I'd recommend ordering takeout instead. The entire hotel is very pet-friendly. Although I didn't bring a pet myself, I saw stray cats roaming around the hotel grounds, and there's a very cute Teddy dog at the front desk welcoming guests."

"The overall environment and facilities are pretty good, definitely commendable. The staff provided quality service even during the Spring Festival, which is great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's hardware is a bit old; the air conditioning unit is quite bulky, and when the bathroom's ceiling and wall lights are on at the same time, there's a noticeable and jarring electrical buzzing sound. I hope they can improve this in the future. The kids' play area is fantastic. Overall, it's worth recommending."

Check-in and check-out were very quick, and they even proactively informed us about the hotel's dining options and activity areas. Although the hotel is small, the service is top-notch. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to move around. It's fully smart, which is very convenient, and they provide a comprehensive range of amenities."
